Western National Parks Association approached us with a brief to create an infinity scarf that highlights the petroglyphs at Petroglyph National Monument in New Mexico. As the petroglyphs are scratched into dark rocks, we felt that a high contrast of white glyphs on an off-black scarf would capture the monument's spirit and serve as a fashion accessory.

Provided images of the petroglyphs were brought into Photoshop to straighten out so the final product would look as close to the work it’s embodying. From there, a rough sketch was done to gauge how the vector would look. Once tweaked, the sketch was vectored and made into a pattern in Adobe Illustrator.
